When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During major product launches or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping rates and transit times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Are ColourPop products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are 100% cruelty-free and do not test our products or ingredients on animals. Many of our products are also 100% vegan.
What is your return policy?
Due to the low cost and nature of our cosmetic products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the items or cancel the shipment.
